The role oversees Facilities / Maintenance Management for 4 sites across Dublin & Cork.This is a hybrid working role requiring regular visits to each of the properties whilst also allowing for home workingDescriptionReporting into the UK&I Head of Facilities, the Regional Facilities & Engineering Manager is responsible for overall compliance & maintenance of 4 Distribution Centres. You will oversee building services (M&E), refrigeration systems, racking, MHE and automation. The successful applicant will have an active role in any new developments, site upgrades / CAPEX projects. You will manage an engineering / maintenance team along with specialist external contractors.Oversee the effective operation, maintenance, and improvement of facilities.Manage and deliver CAPEX projects across the portfolioEnsure adherence to compliance / health and safety regulations.Manage and lead a team of engineers and facilities staff.Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules.Work closely with senior management to develop strategic facilities plans.Manage external contractors and suppliers.Monitor and manage budgets for the facilities department.Implement and manage energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.ProfileThe successful candidate will have:A degree in Engineering or a related field (desirable)Previous experience in a multi-site Facilities Management role within the logistics sectorUnderstanding / knowledge of refrigeration systems would be advantageousIOSH / NEBOSH CertificationKnowledge of compliance/ health and safety regulations.Strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills.A proactive approach to maintenance and improvement.Job Offer£75,000 - £85,000 annual salaryCompany Car / Car Allowance25 days holidayBonus SchemePension ContributionFlexible / Hybrid Working
