Duties include:

  • Allocating work duties & cleaning lists to Accommodation Assistants/Porters on a daily basis.
  • Carrying out routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms.
  • Reporting and following up on any maintenance defects or other issues.
  • Overseeing implementation of deep cleaning programs, maintenance reporting, and follow-up.
  • Ensuring all rooms & Front of House areas are maintained and cleaned to the highest standard at all times.
  • Liaising & communicating with Front Office and Reservations teams regarding room status.
  • Knowledge of Opera is not essential but desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  • Be a good team leader.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational & interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to work.
  • Fluency in both written and oral English.
