International firm require Legal PAs to join their Real Estate Group at both mid and senior level.
This is a chance for Legal PAs to make the move into a global firm whose Irish office is in expansion mode with major investment planned this year. As an international firm, they offer fantastic centralised resources and opportunity for career development as well as ensuring employees are looked after with a market-leading package and very strong salaries.
To be suitable for these roles, PAs will need to have experience working in a mid-size or large legal firm. Your skillset will include:
- Diary and inbox management.
- Commercial billing including use of billing software.
- Client onboarding, KYC and AML procedures.
- Document production and formatting.
While these roles fall under the Real Estate Group, there is no requirement for you to have worked in this practice area. If your desire is to gain experience in the fast pace of commercial real estate, this could be your chance to make a move into it
