Finance Officer

Ruhama is an Irish NGO and registered charity that offers nationwide support to women impacted by prostitution, sex trafficking and other forms of exploitation.

Founded in 1989, our organisation has extensive expertise in providing a wide range of specialist, holistic support services. Our services are free, confidential, and delivered by a committed and experienced team. Ruhama also advocates to influence policy that supports and protects women. 

The Finance Officer will be based in Dublin and will ensure Ruhama has robust governance and effective accounting management systems in place to provide accurate financial reporting and financial information to the Head of Finance & Operations. 

Details 

Full-Time role - 35 hours per week  Competitive Salary Scale - €50,202 - €60,052 

Benefits of working with Ruhama 

25 days annual leave per annum.  3 additional privilege days per annum. WFH options – (1 day per week, following successful 6-month probation).  Ruhama operates a contributory pension scheme, which all employees may join on completion of successful probation period  Death in Service Benefit through our pension scheme: Available for all employees after 6 months (successful probation period), to the value of 3 times annual salary.  Maternity leave: at full salary (less Social Welfare benefits), subject to one years' service, for the period of the 26 weeks paid leave.  Parent's Leave: 9 weeks' leave topped up to full salary, subject to one year's service during the first 2 years of a child's life or in the case of adoption, within 2 years of the placement of the child with the family for eligible employees.  Travel Supports: Bike-to-work schemes and tax saver commuter tickets.  Employee Assistance Programme with VHI.  Suite of Training Programmes to develop skillset as part of induction, probation and ongoing CPD
