Corporate Finance Role

Corporate Finance role for a qualified accountant or CFA charter holder with a minimum of 2 years post qualification Due Diligence or Corporate Finance experience.

We are currently seeking a passionate, committed, hard-working qualified accountant or CFA charter holder who wants to work in an exciting, commercial, fun loving, dynamic team. The ideal candidate would have good commercial or due diligence experience and have Transaction Services or Corporate Finance knowledge.

Your Key Responsibilities

· Advising clients on high-profile transactions

· Liaising with senior executives in leading Irish corporates

· Analysing company financial accounts and overall market trends

· Conducting quantitative research on macro trends and their impact on company performance

· Building integrated and complex financial models in Excel

· Drafting teasers, information memorandums, and other marketing/sale documents

Working in Capnua will offer you experience in the following areas:

· Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs.

· Financing businesses, including raising and restructuring bank debt, private equity and alternative funding options

To qualify for the role, you must have

· ACA, ACCA, or CFA qualification

· 2 years of due diligence or similar training

· Strong financial accounting knowledge

· Financial modelling

· First-class analytical skills and strong commercial awareness

· Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage change

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team of professionals at all levels

· Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly MS Excel

· Energetic and enthusiastic personality

· First class analytical skills
