Responsibilities:
  1. Gather, document, and prioritise business & technical requirements for IT projects.

  4. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, Test Analysts, and Product Owners.
  5. Conduct in-depth scoping to identify key challenges and project direction.
  6. Support Agile delivery using SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  7. API Analysis – Ability to analyse and understand REST API specifications.
  8. Java Proficiency – Ability to read Java code and assess technical requirements.
  9. SQL & PowerBI – Data analytics, reporting, and large dataset analysis.
  10. Azure DevOps – Experience managing Agile workflows.
  11. Process Modelling – Tools such as Visio, Draw.io.
  12. User Stories & Acceptance Criteria – Writing in Gherkin format.
