What does a day in the life as a Customer Success Specialist look like?
- Take over customer accounts after the onboarding process is complete.
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts (exact number TBD).
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. But no sales element.
What are the required qualifications of a Customer Success Specialist?
- Proficient English skills (essential).
- Knowledge of the AI chat product and its features.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
