What You’ll Do

  1. Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
  2. Work alongside our catering teams to serve a seamless hospitality offer, catering to working lunches, meetings, and events.
  3. Enhance the experience of our colleagues and clients, providing support with meeting room setup, connectivity, and hospitality.
  4. Keep our teams safe by having a close eye on health & safety practices, including food safety and allergen awareness.
  5. Be the site's 'go-to' for providing information and assistance.

What You Bring

  1. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key.
  2. A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
  3. Proficient in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Package Description

Hospitality Assistant

  1. Monday - Friday
  2. 7:00am - 3.30pm
  3. 40 hours per week
  4. €15.00 per hour + Sodexo benefits
  5. Dublin Centre location, easily accessible via public transport.
  6. Uniform and on-site meals provided.
