  • Durchführung von Qualitätsanalysen und -bewertungen von schriftlichen Kundenkontakten in Niederländisch, Englisch und Deutsch für About You
  • Nutzung definierter Qualitätskriterien sowie verschiedener (Software-)Tools und Systeme des Auftraggebers
  • Stetiger Austausch mit dem Auftraggeber, um die Qualitätskriterien konstant zu hinterfragen und auf Aktualität zu prüfen
  • Unterstützung bei der stetigen Verbesserung der Kund*innenkommunikation und des Kundenerlebnisses durch diese verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit

Deine Talente:

  • Muttersprachniveau in Niederländisch in Wort und Schrift (C2)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
  • Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in der telefonischen Inbound-Kundenberatung / Kundenservice
  • Sehr hohe kommunikative Kompetenz, Eigenverantwortung und Auffassungsgabe
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und Datenbankanwendungen
  • Idealerweise fundierte Kenntnisse in Rumänisch, Bulgarisch und Kroatisch
  • Erfahrung aus den Bereichen Kundenservice, Callcenter, Customer Service, Inbound, Client Support oder telefonische Kundenbetreuung
