Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at PE Global, partnered with a leading facilities management company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and delivery of site asset management strategies, ensuring effective asset lifecycle management for buildings, facilities, and equipment.
  • Coordinate and plan technical service delivery, utilizing Maximo/GMARS CMMS system.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and GxP regulations, maintaining assurance of competence and performance of internal and external resources.
  • Lead improvement initiatives within the contractors group, focusing on services SSOW and supplier RAMS.
Key Challenges:
  • Maintain internal compliance standards, adhering to all Critical and compliance KPIs.
  • Ensure positive customer feedback, work schedule with minimal disruption, and comply with EHS regulations.
  • Coordinate technical suppliers, ensuring site availability for work and safe systems of work.
Accountabilities:
  • Assist in good HSE compliance and completion of inspection remedials.
  • Maintain Maximo as the 'system owner' for the site.
  • Implement site service or process improvement initiatives, driving performance improvement in the area.
  • Safe and efficient delivery of both company activities and third-party vendors.
Person Specification:
  • A highly customer-focused individual, motivating and driving performance in teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical applications and processes, with ability to transfer skills across disciplines.
  • Literate and able to use computerized maintenance management systems like Maximo.
  • Understanding of risk management and HSE methods, and grasp of IFM services delivered by the company.
