Maintenance Planner

We are seeking an experienced maintenance planner to join our client, a leading facilities company based in Cork. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance on a busy pharmaceutical site.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist with site asset management strategy and delivery of asset maintenance and IFM service delivery, ensuring effective asset lifecycle management for buildings, facilities, and equipment.
- Coordinate and plan technical service delivery using Maximo/GMARS CMMS system.
- Ensure HSE and GxP compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Lead improvement initiatives within the contractors group.
- Responsible for service delivery for all aspects of client's technical activity in the area, ensuring high customer satisfaction and implementing service delivery improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate technical suppliers, ensuring site availability for work and meeting with them as required.
- Develop and maintain safe systems of work, including risk assessments, method statements, competency certification, permits to work, and safe isolations.
- Respond to emergency calls and assist in developing asset improvement plans through in-depth knowledge of the site.
- Coordinate and plan for all area tasks, feeding into the site-wide planning model using Maximo.
- Assess supplier technical reports and raise quotations for any remedials as needed.
- Maintain a structured filing system for subcontractors, including purchase orders, qualification documentation, service level agreements, and maintenance/inspection reports.
- Support good budget management practices.
