Country Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Country Manager to lead the launch and scaling of a new retail brand in Ireland, starting with Dublin. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to put their mark on something big.
The Opportunity- Lead the end-to-end launch of our Dublin flagship store
- Recruit, build, and inspire a high-performing retail team
- Localise our brand to connect with the Irish market
- Manage full P&L responsibility across the country
- Develop and execute growth strategies, including further store rollouts

About Us
We are open to ambitious Heads of Retail, seasoned Regional Managers, and bold leaders local to the market or ready to relocate for a rare opportunity to launch and lead a national market. There will be opportunity for progression with the salary and package as stores open and the market grows.
Your Skills

- Proven experience in launching or scaling multi-site retail
- Strategic vision and hands-on execution ability
- Leadership that inspires, builds culture, and drives performance
- Deep understanding of customer experience and store operations
- The confidence to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders
- A sense of adventure and passion for building something from the ground up
