Excel Recruitment is seeking a talented Group Manager for a leading hospitality group in Cork known for its vibrant bars & restaurants and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar hospitality management role with a strong in-depth knowledge of Bar and Restaurant operations.

Reporting to the directors, the Group Manager will oversee the operations of multiple locations ensuring high standards of service quality and profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all locations and provide strategic direction and leadership to foster a culture of collaboration excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Evaluate compliance with health and safety regulations licensing laws and company policies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Manage inventory including ordering supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare manage budgets for each bar location.
  • Analyse financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bar and Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bar and Restaurant operations.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
