What You’ll Be Doing- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: From prospecting to closing, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle. This includes qualifying leads, delivering compelling product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Targeting Growth Opportunities: Identify and engage with prospects within our target markets, focusing on new business development.
- Strategic Selling: Leverage consultative sales techniques to deeply understand customer pain points and align our platform’s value proposition with their business needs.
- Accurate Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date pipeline reports using HubSpot CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts. You’ll be expected to consistently meet or exceed your quota.
- Proven Track Record: You have 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive, with a history of hitting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within SaaS or tech environments.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in French, German, or Spanish, with a preference for candidates proficient in two of these languages with business level English.
- Strong Consultative Sales Skills: You excel in understanding client challenges, articulating solutions, and building long-term relationships.
- Resilience & Persistence: Sales cycles can be complex, and you thrive in situations that require persistence and creativity to move deals forward.
- Collaborative & Team-Oriented: While you’re driven to hit your targets, you’re also a team player.

- Competitive Compensation: €40-60k base salary with an uncapped €20k OTE, providing significant earning potential for high performers. 35 days holiday.
