We are currently working with a leading agency to source a high-energy, driven Account Director with substantial experience in creative agencies. 

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and campaigns.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Understand clients' business objectives and marketing needs

Strategy Development

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals Collaborate with creative teams to ensure strategies are innovative and effective

Project Management

Oversee multiple client accounts simultaneously. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work

Presentation Skills

Create compelling presentations and pitch decks. Confidently present strategies, creative concepts, and campaign results to clients Lead client meetings and presentations with ease and professionalism 

Team Leadership

Guide and mentor junior team members Foster a collaborative work environment Ensure smooth communication between different departments 

Business Development

Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth Participate in new business pitches Contribute to the agency's overall growth strategy

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Account Director in a creative agency setting (not a design agency) Strong understanding of marketing principles and current industry trends Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key client accounts Excellent presentation and communication skills Experience in creating and delivering compelling pitch decks High energy and self-motivated personality Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the creative industry

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Knowledge of the Irish market and business landscape Experience with integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
