Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Drogheda. This role is perfect for individuals keen to develop their administrative skills and grow within our company. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Technology Utilisation:Use office software and systems effectively to complete tasks and support the team. Training will be provided for specific software.
  • Customer Service:Handle emails and phone calls, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Event Coordination:Assist in planning and coordinating company events and training sessions.
  • Data Entry:Accurately input and update data in our systems, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all information.
