POSITION SUMMARY

This exciting & diverse role is responsible for deploying our engagement activity by supporting partner events, training plans, social media activity, and delivering virtual skin consultations for the full Harpar Grace portfolio.

As the face of our Brands, the Skin & Activation specialist is a pivotal role to bring expertise and knowledge alive across an omni-channel approach. We are looking for a candidate with the energy to deliver top-quality events, bringing education to life.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

BRAND ENGAGEMENT

  1. Deliver memorable brand experiences on site in clinic locations.
  2. Organise & attend account retailing & customer engagement events.
  3. Conduct introductory treatment experiences with prospective target accounts.
  4. Key driver in team preparation & attendance at industry conferences and events.
  5. Develop high-quality, engaging content to deliver across our social media platforms.
  6. Network across all account channels to support brand penetration & reputation.

TRAINING

  1. Develop a thorough understanding and expertise of the portfolio to champion the brands.
  2. Deliver training across Ireland to our accounts & staff.
  3. Define & deliver training to enhance retailing performance of accounts where identified.
  4. Maintain constant dialogue with head trainers in brand head offices to employ best practices.
  5. Develop remote training content where appropriate & liaise with accounts to implement.
  6. Design & oversee training plan to meet needs of accounts opened & agree timings.
  7. Cultivate a family ethos in all those trained and encourage communication and partnership.
  8. Maintain daily calendar, call logs, expense reports, business reporting, and any other administrative requirements key to the role.

KEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  1. At least 3 years solid experience within the Beauty/Aesthetics industry as a therapist/training manager.
  2. Trained therapist up to NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent with advanced treatment/modality training preferred.
  3. Strong & passionate retail training experience.
  4. Experience delivering exquisite & memorable treatment experiences to VIP guests.
  5. Strong professional & presentation standards.
  6. Confident with IT including CRM systems/PowerPoint/Outlook/Excel.
  7. Presenting to potential accounts with an engaging and confident manner.
  8. Hold a full driving licence.

  9. Responsive & adaptive to changing workloads, timelines, and outputs required due to the fast-moving pace of the industry and brand portfolio.
  10. Willingness and ability to travel on a daily basis in line with a jointly agreed plan.
  11. Located in Ireland.
