The Data Operations Analyst is a key support role within Experian Digital team, reporting to the Data Operations Manager.

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
  • A strong mindset focused on driving continuous improvement in operational processes and workflows.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SQL (is a bonus), Confluence.
Work that matters - What you'll be doing
  • You will undertake extensive web research and contribute to building the existing merchant database.
  • You will manage data analysis tasks focused on Quality Assurance and support our overseas teams, providing them with regular coaching and technical assistance.
  • You will perform quality controls such as offshore team assessments.
  • You will assist in maintaining documentation for operational processes.
QualificationsMore about you
  • You will have an understanding of the financial services and banking industry in Australia.
  • You can employ multiple resources to conduct transaction research and accurately enter information into the internal engine.
  • You have completed a Bachelor's Degree.
