As an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Team Lead
In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of GNFR Accounts Payable and Receivable teams, ensuring efficient workflow and acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain solid relationships with internal customers, suppliers, and partners, providing support and training as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Promote process improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely invoice processing within SLAs.
  • Financial Management: Manage month-end processes, aged debt monitoring, and AR invoicing to ensure timely payments and accurate allocations.
  • Internal Controls and Audits: Implement and maintain internal controls, resolve audit queries, and facilitate strategic system developments.
  • Team Development: Support team development through recruitment, training, career planning, and performance monitoring.
  • Mentorship and Team Management: Experience in a team supervisory role within a busy setting, with strong team motivation and mentorship skills.
  • Process and Systems Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Purchase to Pay process, Accounts Receivable, and experience with invoice automation systems; proficient IT skills, especially with Oracle.
  • Logical and Problem-Solving Skills: Logical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities; thorough attention to detail and capability to handle high volumes of data.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Fluency in English (plus other European languages welcomed); effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with stellar planning and the ability to handle multiple tasks; capable of prioritizing deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Professionalism and Integrity: High level of integrity, diplomacy, and professionalism; good instincts, ethics, and ability to manage sensitive matters confidentially.
