Part-Time Contracts Manager – Legal Admin Background (Hybrid, Dublin 2)

Hourly Rate:€22 per hour | Hours: 20 hours per week | Flexible Working: Hybrid (1 morning per week in-office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage contracts and appointment documents for various projects
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and insurers to resolve contract-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in legal administration, ideally with a focus on contracts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
