Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Client Services Manager to join a global leader in the financial services sector.

This position will be based in either Dublin or Limerick and offers a hybrid working model.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring a seamless delivery of Transfer Agency services. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, managing daily operations and maintaining service excellence. This is a 6 month contract position with the possibility of extension and/or other permanent opportunities arising.

Your New Job
Key duties and responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the delivery of TA services to a portfolio of clients, ensuring all service levels are met and operational issues are resolved promptly.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to manage service delivery, ensuring timely escalation of issues where required.
  4. Develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients, ensuring clear documentation and alignment of expectations.
  5. Provide support for client due diligence visits and other external audits.
  6. Prepare and deliver detailed monthly reporting packs, including KPI data and incident logs, to clients and internal teams.
  7. Review fund documentation and assess regulatory impacts on service delivery.
  8. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory changes and maintain best practices.
  9. Conduct trend analysis to identify and address recurring issues, proposing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  10. Lead projects related to client onboarding, regulatory updates, and service enhancements.

What Are We Looking For?

  1. A degree in a relevant field and experience in a client-focused role within transfer agency preferred.
  2. Prior experience in Transfer Agency, fund administration, or fund accounting is highly desirable.
  3. Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in Ireland and the broader funds industry.
  4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of managing high-profile clients.
  5. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  7. Experience in managing or leading teams, with a focus on fostering collaboration and excellence.
  8. Proficiency in using financial systems and strong IT skills, including Excel and workflow tools.
