Recruiting for an experienced Sales & Contract Administrator to join a well-established Medical Device company based in Dublin 24. The Sales & Contract Administrator will provide the necessary support to the field sales team and work closely with the sales manager.

The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues, customers, and suppliers alike. The goal is to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Handle a high volume of customer enquiries while providing high-quality service to each caller.
  • Write accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
  • Effectively communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Support the field sales team.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork, and filing documents.
  • Resolve any sales-related issues with customers.
  • Complete the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
  • Respond to sales queries via phone, e-mail, and in writing.
  • Accurately analyze and assess statistical data.
  • Provide quotes to customers and follow up.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events.
  • Assist the Contracts and Tenders Manager as required.
  • Act as PA to the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Contracts and tender experience advantageous.
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field would be an asset.
