The Ireland TA Team is looking for a proactive, organized, and motivated Associate TA Advisor to aid in establishing the TA function at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Athenry.

Your role:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to outline job requirements.
  • Manage job requisitions using Workday.
  • Promote Dexcom internally and externally through diverse communication channels.
  • Source candidates and build networks to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Assess resumes and evaluate the efficiency of candidate evaluation tools.
  • Record candidate evaluations and interview processes.
  • Create presentation materials and updates to keep stakeholders informed on recruitment progress.
  • Offer feedback on performance of recruiting agencies/sources.

Key factors for success:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
