THE ROLE

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure efficient operations on the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maximize profit.
  • Support the management team in overseeing personnel, products, merchandising, and business processes to achieve store objectives.
  • Communicate daily with staff regarding sales goals, key performance indicators, product sales, and other relevant information to enhance service and performance.
  • Conduct 'one-minute meetings' at the end of shifts to review performance, provide feedback, and offer recognition.
  • Implement and exemplify best practices in Customer Service, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, and Point of Sale.
  • Achieve personal sales targets in alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Stay informed about competitors and community trends, sharing insights with the Store Manager.
  • Emphasize the importance of cultivating quality relationships with customers.
  • Effectively address customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Analyze store reports to develop strategies for performance improvement.
  • Ensure seamless communication with the Store Manager regarding daily operations.
  • Manage store opening/closing procedures and oversee the sales floor as needed.

YOU

  • Previous experience in supervisory or specialist roles within a luxury or premium brand.
  • Demonstrated ability in people management, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
  • Team player mindset, valuing and acknowledging the contributions of others.
  • Capability to provide constructive feedback to drive positive behavioral changes.
  • Adaptability to change, working efficiently and proactively in dynamic environments.
  • Energetic and authentic demeanor, maintaining a visible presence on the shop floor.
