Nike Dundrum is in search of a Floor Manager to join the team and deliver top-notch service to consumers:

What you bring:

Join the NIKE, Inc. Team as a Coach As a Coach, your role involves delivering exceptional consumer service and ensuring a premium brand experience. You will lead, coach, and inspire department employees while maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities include managing daily business operations to meet sales targets, overseeing digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor, and promotional campaigns. You will troubleshoot issues in collaboration with store leadership, becoming a brand ambassador for NIKE's initiatives, and ensuring store compliance with all NIKE standards.

Our Coaches specialize in one business area but provide cross-functional support:

  • COMMERCIAL/VM
    • Implement global Visual Merchandising and Styling standards.
    • Manage category experiences and controlled spaces.
    • Oversee key Category initiatives and seasonal strategies.
    • Execute Visual Merchandising and Styling guidelines.
    • Set goals for the team to align with brand priorities.
    • Provide training on visual standards and merchandising techniques.
    • Collaborate with management to support Brand/Category strategy.
    • Lead a team ensuring inventory accuracy and visual presentation standards.
    • Manage monthly initiative launches and make strategic decisions using reporting tools.
    • Ensure accurate inventory for digital orders.

Qualifications:

  • Four years of customer service and/or retail experience, with at least one year as a Floor Manager.
  • Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
  • Effective communication skills, brand advocacy, and innovative leadership.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in product sales techniques.
  • Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends and holidays.
