Program Director:

You will partner with the client, operations leads as well as the Technology teams in the design, planning and execution of large business banking transformation project, with the goal of improving client service, risk management and processing efficiency.

You will be responsible for the direct management of the local operations transformation team and will have virtual oversight of local operations and technology resources aligned to the transformation program. Provide thought leadership to client's strategies and initiatives relative to the bank's digital ecosystem and leads the transformative journey with new features and services in mobile, data, and future banking and lending platforms

Key Responsibilities:

3⁄4 Establish and scale an Operations & Transformation team within Ireland. This will include the creation of centers of excellence for process re-engineering, automation, and data analytics.

3⁄4 To manage multiple complex customer programs from design and development to production with end-to-end delivery responsibility; ensuring delivery excellence and customer delight.

3⁄4 Ensure multiple program deliveries are within the budget, up to the quality standards, and as per the program delivery timelines committed to clients

3⁄4 Define and execute target operating model strategies for key operational processes, including system architecture, process controls and location strategy.

3⁄4 Actively partner with client & functional leads in the development and execution of transformation focused on improving client experience, risk management capabilities and driving efficiency.

3⁄4 Take on responsibility and accountability to deliver transformation process change.

3⁄4 Ensure change management is completed in a controlled and robust manner, with rigorous, automated testing and including appropriate business resiliency, audit, and regulatory standards.

3⁄4 Act as the senior contact and escalation point for transformation portfolio.

3⁄4 Lead, motivate and manage a team. Responsible for recruitment, training and development, talent management, staff performance reviews and compensation.

3⁄4 Prepare and manage the departmental budget, including demand / supply rolling forecasts.

3⁄4 Work closely with Technology team in execution of innovative solutions.

3⁄4 Leverage Centre of Excellence team to drive continuous improvement, ideation and team-based problem solving.

3⁄4 Create a culture of innovation and change mindset.

3⁄4 Drive design thinking mindset.

Skills and Experience:

3⁄4 15+ year in financial services, Business Banking IT delivery.

3⁄4 Strong domain knowledge on digital banking front ends applications / core banking applications. Experience in managing testing on Digital Banking platforms (secured website for banking, iOS/Android Mobile Banking) / Core Banking (AS400 Silverlake applications on Deposit, Loan, etc) will be an advantage.

3⁄4 Product implementation as well as AWS/Cloud implementation is an advantage.

3⁄4 Agile adoption is mandatory, DUBLIN presence is mandatory when needed

3⁄4 Significant experience of leading highly complex, disruptive transformation programs.

3⁄4 Track record of driving innovative solutions into business solutions.

3⁄4 Proven track record organizational development, including talent, diversity, and inclusion

3⁄4 Demonstrate financial discipline, managing to budget and building sound business cases

3⁄4 Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of global markets

3⁄4 Proven ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with business and technology
