With a client base that extends across 520 UK operational sites, we employ over 1500 talented people to deliver service solutions that work for our clients. Our culture is fast paced, challenging and above all, friendly and we are looking for you to join us We're currently looking to recruit a Contract Administrator to provide administrative support to the regional managers and sit supervisors and be the first point of contact for any requests. In this role, you will manage the office functions, including organising required purchase orders via the helpdesk, excel and smart sheet administration and daily office functions. You will also be responsible for the coordination of agency process with holiday and vacancy cover, as well as liaising with suppliers/sub-contractors to ensure the smooth progression of works and payments on invoices. In addition, you will continuously identify and contribute to the improvement of administration processes and tasks and embrace a collaborative learning culture with your team and the wider business. As an Apleona Contract Administrator, we're looking for:
- Experience of providing administrative support to a team
- Experience of delivering customer service by telephone and email
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- Ability to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of and experience in the Facilities Management industry (desirable)
