My Client, Irelands Top network and Broadband provider are delighted to announce that they are currently recruiting aTelecommunications Administratorwith an immediate start, to be responsible for the efficient administration of High Site related providers.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of site providers, electricity and backhaul providers that provide services for the high site network.
  • Managing processes related to site access for staff
  • Managing arrangements for completion of site surveys
  • Organise and manage preparation, updates and approval of site related documentation including SA, MSV, DD and drawings.
  • Ensure all related documentation is organised efficiently and kept up to date
  • Co-ordinate all payments.
  • Monitor contract dates and conditions and flag to Head of Network Field Operations up coming renewals, terminations etc.
  • Keep up to date tracker of all key metrics relating to site and backhaul provider contracts

Requirements & Skills

You have the following skills and experience:

  • Qualifications in relevant discipline or equivalent relevant experience within telecom industry.
  • Experience in similar role within the telecoms industry.
  • Ability to manage workload and manage assigned tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Good knowledge and understanding of site providers, electricity and backhaul providers contracts and relevant processes and procedures.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skill.
  • Ability to work well with team members and colleagues in cross functional environment.
  • Good writing and presentation skills.
