Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a crucial role in delivering top-notch services and experiences for customers worldwide through premium advisory, support, and services at the Premium Hub CoE (Center of Expertise) in Ireland.
  • Contribute technical and functional expertise as a Business Processes Consultant to deliver services that drive value creation and accelerate customers' transition to the cloud using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Solutions.
  • Offer onsite and remote Process Consultancy services through project engineering, assessment, and safeguarding services based on SAP's best practices.
  • Develop expertise in SAP's products including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, Data Management, Analytics, Security, Hybrid Cloud, Intelligent Technologies, IBP, Finance (FICO), and more.
  • Collaborate directly with major customers in exciting industries to help them implement and operate their SAP solutions at peak efficiency and manage technical risks effectively.
  • Engage in a supportive work environment that encourages employees to tackle new challenges and grow within a dynamic organization.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JAVA, ABAP, Python, SQL, R, C# is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detailed technical analysis.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt quickly to a global environment.
  • Commitment to continuous self-improvement through ongoing learning and mentorship.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and internal requirements.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Highly customer-focused with excellent customer-facing skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills within a digital environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, Science, or similar.

SAP employees have the opportunity to work in-office or remotely based on specific guidelines. Typically, our hybrid setup involves three days on-site with customers or partners.
