What you'll do

We are looking for a Business Process Consultant to join the Premium Hub CoE BW/Datasphere team in Ireland. As part of this team, you will play a key role in leading and supporting service delivery teams. It's essential that you bring the right technical skills, effective communication, and a strong commitment to professionalism and customer management.

The Premium Hub CoE is dedicated to delivering value to SAP's top customers by enhancing the value of their SAP solutions. This involves delivering Premium Engagement and Professional Services.

Here are the main tasks and responsibilities for this role:

  • Deliver Premium Engagement services as a lead and team member
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project success
  • Share technical knowledge with the team
  • Support various project activities
  • Review and provide feedback on completed work
  • Explain and position services to customers
  • Travel onsite when necessary

What you bring

  • Strong experience in HANA SQL/modelling and/or ABAPCDS Views
  • Proven technical competency in SAP NetWeaver BW and BW/4HANA
  • Experience with SAP Datasphere and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA Administration, AMDP, BW Upgrades/Migrations
  • Passion for Performance Optimization and Root Cause Analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Desire for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
  • Experience working directly with customers and partners
