Finance Business Partner Analyst
Our Finance Business Partnering teams play a crucial role in our organization, working alongside top Finance experts to contribute fresh ideas and enhance customer experience as part of an innovative team. In this position, you will assist the financial business partnering team in generating insights to facilitate decision-making within the company, collaborating with leadership and key stakeholders to provide guidance, and analyze strategic and operational decisions. What You'll Do:

  • Financial Support for Initiatives: Provide financial support for critical commercial and strategic projects within the organization.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize analytical methods to gain insights, question assumptions, and drive business performance.
  • Business Strategy Recommendations: Assist Finance Business Partners in presenting analyses and future strategies, focusing on best practices and process standardization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage closely with key stakeholders to grasp business requirements and take appropriate action.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with finance teams, particularly Strategic Finance and FP&A, to offer valuable insights and contribute to informed financial decision-making.
What You'll Bring

  • You are ideally a degree holder and a certified accountant (e.g., ACA or ACCA) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in top accounting firms or industry environments is advantageous. Exposure to transaction services and financial due diligence enhances your skill set and comprehension of complex financial situations.
  • Besides traditional finance duties, demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen. Understand the broader business landscape, market dynamics, and strategic priorities beyond just numbers.
  • Show initiative and a strong work ethic. Your ability to deliver concise, relevant information to various management levels is vital. Additionally, master the skill of structuring and presenting compelling narratives to influence decisions.
