Principal Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking to recruit a Team Lead to join our established Centralised Recruitment Team. The potential candidate will be responsible for managing and leading recruitment activities within the company across specified business units.

The person will be responsible to drive recruiting processes and procedures that support the execution of all recruiting activities. The Team Lead will report directly to the Manager of the Centralised Recruitment Team, consulting regularly with Account Managers in relation to priority areas.

Duties of the role will include but are not limited to;

• Accountable for leading the recruiting teams by overseeing the execution of all activities

• Collaborating with stakeholders such as Account Managers and Client Relationship Managers in relation to priority recruitment areas

• Assisting to manage recruitment performance through effective direction

• Sourcing strategy development and execution

• Recruiting goal development and achievement

• Managing a high performing recruitment team

• Performance analysis and report generation

• Employee engagement management

• Managing training, learning and development requirements for the team

• Constantly striving to meet KPI's and targets as set out

Essential Requirements

• 2 + years' experience in a previous recruitment capacity

• Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English language

• Be fully proficient in IT systems, particularly Job Science

• Previous experience in managing and leading by example

• Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI's set

• Ability to manage time is a large part of this role; therefore, is its essential that applicants are proficient in managing their time successfully
