Overview
We are currently in search of a seasoned IT Run Team Lead to join our IT Applications team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will lead and oversee the IT Run team, ensuring top-notch customer service and technical application support for our internal users, in addition to managing the IT compliance program.

Responsibilities

  • Offer guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the IT run analysts team to deliver high-quality services.
  • Supervise and report on team performance, providing regular feedback and taking corrective actions to meet performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives for enhanced service delivery.
  • Handle escalations when necessary.
  • Implement process enhancements to elevate product and service quality in line with business goals.
  • Handle unexpected situations with a professional response.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication in all interactions to foster relationships and complete daily tasks.
  • Act as the primary contact for Business and Operations teams, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and service requests exceeding SLAs.
  • Lead the IT team's applications compliance program.
  • Flexible working hours may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Hold a Level 5 degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Possess good knowledge of IT methodologies.
  • Demonstrate leadership, management, and team development skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in fostering collaboration and partnerships to achieve common goals.
