Turas Mobility Services Ltd. is a joint venture between VINCI Highways and Abtran. Under contract with Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) Turas operates and provides customer services for Ireland's M50 road network (eFlow). We work together with our clients, partners and suppliers to manage and improve the barrier-free tolling system on Dublin's M50 motorway operation for the betterment of our whole community.

We are seeking an Enforcement Specialist to join our team in Turas Mobility Services. This individual will support the Enforcement team to ensure policies of our client are carried out and that the collection of payments are maximized.

The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal and communications skills and strong attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as an authorised officer, on behalf of Turas and the Authority, to approve enforcement actions and documentation to be used as part of further enforcement proceedings
  • Liaise with company solicitor on all cases which have been escalated to the enforcement stage, to include responding to queries about customer issues/cases.
  • Review all customer cases to ensure all evidence, data and facts are known to the legal team (case management)
  • Contribute to the Evidence Pack process and quality of information sent to external enforcement providers
  • Contribute to debt recovery strategies when Evidence Packs are contested
  • Review claim notices and sheriff candidates
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on enforcement providers regarding compliance activities
  • Assist with the development of process improvement initiatives related to enforcement
  • Ensuring compliance with all KPI's associated with enforcement activities

Key Competencies and Skills

  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Computer literacy with strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to produce reports
  • Excellent attention to detail and a desire for accuracy
  • Ability to take ownership, be proactive and achieve desired results
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team and to interact at all levels in the business
  • Experience in enforcement and credit management activities
  • Ability to interact and build a relationship with external stakeholders

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role
  • Experience of working with a diverse project team
  • Enforcement and Credit Management not necessary but an advantage
