What you'll do
As our new Digital Engagement Specialist as part of our Global Spirits team, reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager and supporting the wider brand teams and local market stakeholders, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day creative and operations across our social channels, online and trade communities, and our direct to consumer channels (DTC).
You will lead all aspects of Social Media Management for the Spirits Portfolio at Mark Anthony Brand International. You will be responsible for the day-to-day design and implementation of effective community management programs with specific focus on attracting, cultivating, and engaging our online communities across a variety of digital platforms. You willalso run the day-to-day DTC operations in tandem with our central Digital Centre of Excellence Team under the guidance of our Digital Marketing Manager.
Additional key responsibilities include:
- Work with the Global Brand Teams on Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) store strategy, stock levels, product catalog, pricing, merchandising, payments, customer care, fulfillment, web updates, content, and traffic driving activation
- Work closely with our experts in the Digital Centre of Excellence to build out our DTC channels across all Spirits brands in the portfolio
- Support in developing and executing a world class Social Media strategy, that aims to ensure brand growth, relevance, and advocacy.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual content plans that align with core brand values, to ensure relevance and visibility within the timeline.
- Work with agency partners to execute multiple brand campaigns per year across both local and international markets.
- Identify content gaps, and work with Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Teams and Content partners to develop content to meet the changing needs of each brand and platforms.
- Engage our online and trade communities with communications and content to build advocacy.
- Develop listening strategies to maximise outbound community management.
- Reporting monthly, quarterly and annually to ensure we are achieving KPIs, and optimising strategies as required.
- Manage content repository ensuring that global marketing and trade teams have access to globally created and approved content.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Digital, Marketing, Commerce or related fields, or equivalent job-related experience.
- +3 years' experience managing brand social media communities, ideally with the alcohol beverage or FMCG industry.
- developing and executing community management and social media strategies.
- Experience in Direct to Consumer (DTC) channels, and driving traffic via organic and paid media & content is a must.
- Experience with social media management and listening programs, as well asworking with creative, media and influencer agencies.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Premiere specifically) is not required, but would be an advantage.
