Key Account Executive

YOU

You will provide support to the KAC and KAM in implementing the LRS Commercial Plan across various customers in the H&F channel, aiming to meet and surpass the specified business KPI's

YOUR ROLE
  • Manage weekly Orders in the H&F channel to ensure effective communication between supply and customer
  • Assist the KAC and KAM in promoting LRS products and strategies to H&F customers
  • Aid the KAC and KAM in negotiating the Joint Business Plan with H&F customers
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of all administrative tasks related to a range of H&F Customers, including Promotional Proposals, Invoicing, Debt Management, range compliance, and planogram management
  • Take on P&L responsibility for the KAE specific national accounts
  • Achieve Customer volume, net sales, and GP targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Manage working spend to align with Customer invoicing for an accurate depiction of the Customer's financial status
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Familiarity with the dynamics of an Account Manager/Buyer relationship
  • Experience in developing relationships across different levels within an external organization
  • Proficiency in Excel and essential experience in TPM and Volume forecasting systems
  • Sound understanding of the FMCG marketplace, major players, and expected market trends
  • Background in sports science or experience in elite sports or fitness
  • Strong commercial and organizational abilities
