Job DescriptionJob Function:
- Maintain and develop designated Key Accounts in alignment with predetermined objectives and goals.
- Oversee and manage account portfolios in adherence to GDP standards.
- Supervise Key Account portfolio DGM growth and contractual obligations based on the established framework.
- Handle QHSE and other relevant requisites (inclusive of Pharma/Healthcare-related aspects such as WHO GDP and related audits from suppliers/customers, Quality Technical Agreements) as stipulated intermittently, encompassing internal protocols and those mandated by customers as necessary.
- Execute and comply with the responsibilities and authorizations to address quality and operational issues pertinent to Pharma with the company and customers as per exigencies.
- Enhance gross margin from existing global and pivotal strategic customers through account expansion congruent with the company's growth projections.
- Articulate the organization's array of services and solutions to prospective and current clients.
- Undertake specific communication assignments (sponsorship, events, etc.) and engage in business promotion initiatives.
- Effort to accomplish a minimum number of customer meetings on a monthly or quarterly basis.
The ideal candidate:
- Prior background in a regulated healthcare setting.
- Hands-on experience in GDP.
- Former exposure to international logistics across all modes (Air, Road, Sea & Courier).
- Presentable, proficient individual with exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in negotiation and formulation of a customer-centric pricing model.
- Adept at interpreting financial data, encompassing budgets, financial statements, and P&L information.
- Demonstrated capability to devise and execute strategic plans.
- Able to operate within a target-oriented and demanding milieu.
