Customer Service Representative - Collections
Business support Dublin

PART 1 : Role Details Role Title Customer Service Representative - Collections Department Virgin Media Reports To Team Manager Location City West, Dublin PART 2: Role Purpose We are looking for a friendly and hard-working customer service agent to join our growing team. The individual in this role is to be responsible for mainly outbound calls. Candidates should have an outgoing and positive perspective, a motivated, energetic work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment. This role is based onsite at our office in Magna Park, City West.

PART 3: Principal Responsibilities
  • Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you
  • Arranging the collection of redundant equipment from ex-customers' homes
  • Communicate with driver to arrange collection of equipment
  • Provide personalised customer service by responding to the needs of the customers
  • Dispatching jobs to field technicians and maintaining close contact to ensure customer appointments are kept
  • Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction
  • Perform duties and responsibilities with our customers' satisfaction as your number one priority
PART 4: Person Specification Experience
  • Previous contact centre experience preferred

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
