What You'll be Doing...
  • Conducting performance data analysis to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement. Making strategic business decisions, optimizing operational processes, and boosting overall organizational performance
  • Monitoring live betting on diverse football markets and adjusting odds based on real-time data and customer behavior. Leveraging our in-house models to determine when and how odds should be adjusted, demanding keen attention to detail and a proactive analytical mindset.
  • Leading by example and inspiring team members towards achieving excellence in all facets of their work. Fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open idea-sharing and innovation.
  • Continuously seeking ways to streamline processes and bringing a fresh perspective to the team. Implementing best practices and innovative solutions that contribute to operational excellence and improved service delivery.
  • Developing skills through involvement in initiatives beyond operational tasks, including analytics, product management, and people leadership. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with teams from various departments such as Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Technology by undertaking diverse projects.
  • Adopting a customer-centric approach to ensure a seamless experience and keeping a vigilant eye on competitors to promptly adapt to market changes. These insights will drive enhancements and help us maintain our competitive edge.
