Our headquarters in Dublin is a vibrant, fun, and fast-paced environment. The Project Coordination is essential in supporting the Culture & Community Manager in executing the Dublin 3-pillar strategy.

Role Purpose:

The role of the Project Co-Ordinator is to support the C&CM in thinking about how every member of the Flutter family experiences the office. From events to coordination, communications, and making our Dublin office a special place to work.

This position reports to our Culture & Community Manager and supports the Dublin 3-pillar strategy, with dedicated outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of culture and community initiatives.
  • Organise and document meetings, events, and activities related to culture and community.
  • Help manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and report on initiative timelines, ensuring alignment with the Dublin 3-pillar strategy.
  • Ensure projects align with dedicated outcomes and KPIs.

Stakeholder Support:

  • Support in developing annual plans for Dublin office initiatives, tracking and reporting against those plans on an agreed cadence with the Dublin Leadership Team.
  • Progress, track, and follow up on actions as required for the Dublin 3-pillar strategy: Land Flutter, Work Better, Do More.
