Here at Kellanova we are looking for a Senior Sustainability Manager who will play a pivotal role in partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver Kellanovas EU social and environmental sustainability strategy; our Better Days Promise.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

Strategic Partnerships Supporting the Sustainability Director in the deployment of strategic partnerships around sports and agriculture. KPIs - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social and environmental impact programme. Subject Matter Expert - Serve as a company subject matter expert on a variety of topics including social impact, partnerships, and future proof innovation. Growth Agenda - Enable the commercialization of our Better Days program with key customers to support our growth agenda and deliver meaningful commercial partnerships. Identify Opportunities - Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Were Looking for Someone With

Proven experience in a corporate sustainability/sustainable development position. Strong program management and administration experience within the area of social impact. A passion for sustainability and a vision for a better future for the next generations. Strong research, analytical, organizational, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
