What does a great Volume Account Manager do?

The Volume Account Manager reactively manages a portfolio of our customers, providing support and account management services, and helping them to achieve and improve their business.

Responsibilities:

The role holder will reactively manage up to 500 small sized accounts to provide them with support in the form of knowledge transfer, training, and market support.

You will manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring queries are handled in a timely manner. You also will complete administration tasks required in the re-contracting process for this segment of the Small and Medium Business portfolio.

The Volume Account Manager is responsible for the qualification of all in-coming sales leads and ensure the sales lead is passed either to the appropriate account manager or business development manager for follow-up.
