Essential Functions

  • Create analysis and modelling of intricate datasets, identifying innovative opportunities to transform our supply chain operations and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive strategic initiatives with profound impact.
  • Apply exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges in our operations and supply chain.
  • Utilise proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, MS Office, Power BI, Visio, and SQL to derive actionable insights from data and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage skills in SalesForce, Smartsheet, and data analysis and forecasting tools to push the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Engage strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture trusting relationships, both internally and with customers.
  • Demonstrate outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilise your deep understanding of the business and supply chain to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with speed and precision.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Ideally you would have a bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, with a strong background in supply chain and operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing business processes for substantial improvement.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in a range of data analysis and visualization tools, including MS Excel, MS Access, MS Office, Power BI, Visio, SQL, R, SalesForce, and Smartsheet.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
