The Role & What You Will Be Doing
The Senior Supply Chain Solution Analyst, your primary focus will be on maximizing the potential of Kinaxis RapidResponse to streamline supply chain operations, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring successful project execution.

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead systems integration with ERP systems, demand planning, statistical forecasting, Supply planning, and S&OP workstreams for supply chain planning solution Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
Manage and oversee supply chain analytics using Azure and Data Sphere platforms.
Develop and implement data analytics strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
Collaborate with IT teams and cross -functional business teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability of supply chain analytics solutions.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements through comprehensive testing and validation.
Lead change management and system security initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage supply chain projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Perform system administrative activities and provide support to the operations run team.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project management and business analysis practices.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role and more than 6 years in supply chain
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ECC / S4 HANA and Kinaxis Rapid Response applications
Expert-level knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse (configuration, implementation, and optimization).
Proven experience in supply chain management, business analysis, and project management.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct in-depth data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in system integration, demand & supply planning, statistical forecasting, and S&OP processes.
