Job Title: VIE Digital Design Marketing Specialist at Amundi Ireland Ltd.


About the Company: Amundi Ireland Ltd. is currently seeking a dynamic VIE Digital Design Marketing Specialist to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.


Part of the Global Retail Content team, the Digital Design Marketing Team at Amundi functions as an internal digital agency, specializing in design content creation and digital content dissemination.


The primary objective of this role is to enhance the digital presence of Amundi and assist in executing strategic marketing campaigns and digital content experiences across various platforms such as websites, social media, and advertising.


The ideal candidate should possess a creative mindset, digital communications experience, web design skills, and the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. They will be responsible for creating digital content throughout the entire buyer's journey, including thought leadership pieces, lead-generation content, and product-specific materials.


Moreover, the VIE will play a crucial role in collaborative projects and contribute to the co-creation process established with the Marketing Community in various countries.


This role is predominantly English-speaking and entails frequent interactions with Amundi's headquarters in France and Marketing teams across different countries worldwide, including Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, and the US.


You will be stationed in Dublin city center and report to the Senior Digital Design Manager, Hailey Kennedy, while collaborating closely with a Senior Digital Designer and external agencies.


Overall Responsibilities and Duties:


Marketing Campaigns

  • Assist the Digital Design team in managing the Digital Stream, including meeting calls, workshop preparations, and tool updates.
  • Develop innovative digital assets for campaigns, keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor best practices.
  • Collaborate with countries to define KPIs and metrics.
  • Create data dashboards in collaboration with the Digital Team and local offices.

Design Content Creation

  • Create and contribute to digitalizing content, aligning with the new Brand strategy and website directives.
  • Support local Digital Communities with digital design projects, such as web page templates, banners, social media carousels, and videos.
  • Participate in implementing the new Brand strategy and revising Retail Guidelines.
  • Assist local marketing teams in utilizing the emailing tool for design purposes.
