  • Off Trade Sales Development Representative
  • Location: North Co. Dublin (Drogheda, Kells, Swords area)

We are thrilled to offer opportunities for an Off Trade Sales Development Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Off Trade Sales Manager, this role is crucial in driving profitable volume for the Bulmers Ireland product portfolio and the broader C&C Group within a designated geographical region.

Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Drive sales in retail outlets within your assigned region and achieve KPIs across the Bulmers Ireland product range.
  • Build and maintain relationships with accounts in your area, emphasizing Bulmers Ireland brands.
  • Enhance customer relationships to raise awareness and visibility of Bulmers Ireland brands.
  • Implement in-outlet point of sale materials and identify promotional opportunities.
  • Identify sales growth opportunities for customers, especially during key events.
  • Stay informed on new products and market developments.
  • Negotiate for additional shelf space for our brands and monitor competitor activities.
  • Conduct in-store audits and surveys when necessary.
  • Utilize CRM tools for effective planning and measurement.
  • Ensure compliance with promotional pricing in outlets and address non-compliance issues.
  • Identify branding opportunities in-store and communicate marketing activities to customers.
  • Achieve set KPIs and improve product distribution through gap analysis.
  • Promote new products and highlight their commercial benefits.
  • Provide merchandising support for category management and seasonal promotions.

ABOUT YOU

  • Prior sales experience in FMCG is essential.
  • Experience working with off trade clients.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships.
  • Commercial acumen and portfolio selling experience.
  • Demonstrated drive for results and proactive attitude towards change.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT and numeracy.
  • Valid and clean driver's license.
