Join Aon's Broker Claims Division in Dublin as a Claims Advocate. Responsibilities include managing claims from start to finish, negotiating with stakeholders, and collaborating with various teams and experts.
- Provide coverage advice for claim settlements
- Resolve coverage issues with Claims Team Management support
- Coordinate communication between clients, underwriters, and other parties
- Negotiate claim settlements
- Oversee third-party providers
- Provide technical support in negotiations
- Take on additional duties assigned by Aon Management
As a Claims Advocate, you will lead the broker claims strategy, manage key processes, and ensure successful claim settlements in alignment with the Claims Team Leader.
Skills & Experience:- Prior experience in claims or insurance advocacy
- CIP qualification with progression towards MDI/ACII
- Accredited under Minimum Competency Requirements with CPD evidence
- Experience in handling complex claims
- Strong knowledge of claims coverage and process
- Good team player with customer focus and attention to detail
