Main Duties:

  • Proactively resource talent pipeline across the relevant key sectors using outreach, searches and referrals
  • Working with a team across temporary, permanent and contract recruitment
  • Handle incoming CVs, pre-screening and arranging appointments and guide individuals through the interview process.
  • Assisting with the interview process to assess individuals' qualifications, skills, and previous work history.
  • Using video interviewing technology and assessments in the shortlisting and select process.
  • Proactively understanding current client requirements.
  • Build market knowledge of clients within each sector.
  • Daily use of internal CRM system and recruitment tools.
  • Interact and liaise with clients on daily basis.
  • Making outbound calls to Talent Pipeline
  • Comfortable using Video Technology is a must.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a candidate sourcing
  • Excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisation skills and a methodical approach to all tasks
  • Strong desire to succeed.
  • Resilience, self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to operate in a competitive environment.
  • Working to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritise workload to ensure tasks are completed.
