As a Showroom Host, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences.

At Charles Hurst, Audi Centre in Dublin, you will report to the accomplished Steven Murray and have access to continuous training opportunities that pave the way for career growth within the Automotive sector.

Our reception team, also known as Showroom Hosts, are dedicated to providing top-notch customer experiences and radiate warmth and friendliness in every customer interaction. If you take pleasure in exceeding customer expectations, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Being the primary contact for customers
  • Ensuring the showroom is consistently neat and well-maintained while attending to customers
  • Fostering a positive and harmonious team environment
  • Supporting general administrative tasks in the showroom with precision and meticulousness
  • Engaging with customers both in-person and remotely via phone and email
  • Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
Qualifications

You are expected to take pride in maintaining the showroom's cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. Exceptional communication skills are essential, along with a blend of confidence and assertiveness in interpersonal interactions. Warmth, empathy, friendliness, approachability, and professionalism should define your character.

Prior experience in a similar role, the ability to handle diverse responsibilities, strong organizational abilities, and keen attention to detail are also crucial.
