The client, an independent Planning and Development Consultancy, is seeking a skilled Graduate Town Planner to join the Planning team in Dublin.

The successful Graduate Town Planner will have the fantastic opportunity to initiate their career and acquire industry experience, while being mentored by leading professionals on stimulating projects.

As a Graduate Town Planner in this team, you will participate in projects across various sectors including major residential development, retail, education, student accommodation, master planning, and urban regeneration.

The Position of a Graduate Town Planner

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will be part of a supportive team involved in a variety of development projects spanning housing, commercial, leisure, and mixed-use regeneration sectors.

You will be actively involved in all project phases and a contributing member of the team to help you enhance your technical skills and confidence while advancing towards Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

Essential Criteria for the Graduate Town Planner

  • Degree or higher qualification in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of the UK planning system
